The Finnish Association for Real Estate Valuation is an association for the Finnish professionals working in the real estate valuation field
The essential aim of the association is to advance the Finnish professional real estate valuation, real estate valuation based on good real estate valuation practise, and to promote common knowledge of the real estate valuation field.
The Finnish Association for Real Estate Valuation was founded in 1978. Today there are almost 300 members in the association, of which some 150 members are authorized real estate valuers. The association organises lectures, professional education, and conducts non-profit publishing.
The Finnish Association for Real Estate Valuation (SKAY) aims at advancing the professional skills, promoting the familiarity, professional esteem, and supervision of interest of the authorised and non-authorised real estate valuers. Another aim is to advance the entrenchment and development of the authorization system.
